Who we are

Stellaire Académie is a tutoring service offered by Reza Abtahian, a sole proprietorship registered in Quebec under the name Stellaire Web, in Montreal. Person in charge of personal information: Reza Abtahian, info@stellaireweb.com.

What we collect

The information you give us in the form: parent's name, email, phone, child's school level, subjects, availability and message. We do not ask for the child's last name or date of birth.

Why

Only to contact you, organize sessions and send you progress updates. We never sell or share your information for advertising.

Where it is stored

Requests sent through the form are stored by Netlify (the site host, whose servers may be outside Quebec) and forwarded by email. They are deleted no later than 12 months after services end.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by writing to info@stellaireweb.com, in line with Quebec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information.
